An initial session with me is a 45 minute phone call talking through your goals for your health and areas you want to see more balance.
Based on our phone call I put together a Wellness Plan that includes diet & lifestyle suggestions as well as supplements, essential oils, homeopathics, herbs and other alternative therapies that might be beneficial. You will receive this plan in PDF form, within 3 days of our conversation.
